Who operates the site
The site is run as an individual hobby project under the name Forever & Always. The operator is an individual, not a company; privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to admin@131467890.xyz. This static site has no account registration, comment system or contact form.
Information handled to deliver and protect the site
When a page is requested, the browser and server exchange technical data. Depending on the OpenResty and hosting configuration, access or security logs may include an IP address, date and time, requested path, response status, referrer and browser or user-agent details. The operator may use these records to deliver pages, diagnose errors, limit abuse and protect the service. The operator’s intended basis for necessary access and security logging, where data-protection law applies, is legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this site. That basis must remain appropriate to the deployed configuration and be balanced against people’s rights.
Log contents, access and retention depend on the server’s log format and rotation settings. The operator aims to keep them only for operational and security needs and to restrict access; the exact retention period can change with server configuration. Hosting or infrastructure providers may process requests under their own roles and privacy information.
Theme preference and email
If you choose Light or Dark in the theme control, this site saves that choice as the fa-theme value in your browser’s local storage so the preference can be remembered on later visits. It is browser storage rather than an HTTP cookie, but rules for storage and access technologies may still apply. The browser does not automatically attach the value to ordinary page requests. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. Language links do not create an account or send a language profile.
If you email the address above, the message may contain your email address and any details you choose to include. The operator uses it to read and respond to your enquiry, keeps it in the email service, and does not ask you to send passwords or sensitive credentials. Your email provider also handles the message under its own terms.
Retention, rights and complaints
The site does not currently run its own analytics or advertising scripts. For data handled by the operator, you may ask what is held and, where data-protection law applies, request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing; some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis. Contact admin@131467890.xyz. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Advertising and other third parties
Advertising is not currently enabled. Before adding an advertising network, analytics or another third-party technology, the operator will identify the providers, purposes, data flows and device storage involved, update this notice, and put any required choice or consent controls in place before non-exempt technologies run. External reference links open only when you select them; the destination site then applies its own privacy terms.
